July 10, I'm heading out to ride from Everett, Washington to Williamsburg, VA - about 3500 miles. I'll be riding with a large commercial group - PACtours, Lon Haldeman and Susan Nortorangelo's group. I'll try to post some pictures and keep folks posted on how it is going.

NO MAS
We're done, it's over.
Long slide show and presentations tonight - and I'm on the road early.
Congrats! Did you ever sag? or did you do every pedal stroke. I rode 3.5 hours the other day, was beat, tired, hungry..... the thought of another 3.5, uggh, let alone another 8 the next day....... Guess your base training for cross is done!
You go, boy. Will you still be ready for a day off when you get home?? Interesting study of how long it takes to rebound. I'm betting 2.4 days. See ya soon, honey. XXX
Man, what a trip! And your posts were just great to read! It took me until today to read the last several, but it's really great to have your final overview. I think you're home today! Welcome back!
Great job, look forward to seeing you when you get home---Ed Greivel
